i guess you werent on the CC list ... this is a known issue and we think it's

hardware

it'll fail regardless of bootmode and the processor gets stuck in the bootrom

I see. I'm trying to porting 08R1 kernel to BF526.

Is there any info about the difference between BF526-EZKIT and BF527-EZKIT.

Currently, I got kernel crashed.

the misc memory parts are different, but u-boot should take care of the clocking

differences ... the only info i have is schematics (which i'll forward you via

e-mail)

it appears to be a bug in the ROM on the BF526.  using info from the ROM guys,

ive implemented a workaround in our trunk 2008.10 u-boot.
