please review the documentation:

http://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=bootloaders:u-boot:nand-flash

also, this is the toolchain forum, not the u-boot forum.  please make sure you're in the right place when posting questions.  ive moved the thead for you.

Mike is on vocation this week so may not be able to come to you in time, generally the nand_plat.c is under drivers/mtd/nand/

U-boot code for bf533 on the above link also applies to bf532, please use the latest version. For generic Nand support enablement and test in u-boot, please refer to http://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=bootloaders:u-boot:nand-flash . For your specific Nand MT29F2G08AABWP, we did not test it, you may need to have a try.

the source code Aaron pointed you to supports all Blackfin parts.  for the specific board you're using though (IP04), we dont really support that.  you should ask on the asterisk forums:

http://blackfin.uclinux.org/gf/project/asterisk/forum/
