By any chance, is there a SPI flash version of UBoot available for BF561 (the 0.5 silicon)? If it was available then it would let me verify that my newest-greatest new BF561 board is working with known good piece of software. This would be immensely helpful, because it would  establish that the hardware is either good or bad, without blaming the software for what might be a hardware problem.

My new BF561 is using the same SDRAM chips as the EZ-KIT. The SPI flash is the 8 meg M25P64. I am guessing that the EZ-KIT with this or similar SPI chip is a pretty standard piece of stuff. The ether chip is not soldered yet to keep it out of the way during the first tests. So I would appreciate seeing a precompiled UBoot for this or a similar configuration if it is available..

Thank you -- Wojtek

the default bf561-ezkit does not include spi support becaue the spi pin header on the bf561-ezkit is useless, so it has never been tested

people have tested spi booting on the bf561 before, so it's known to work, but there arent any prebuilt binaries for it
