Hi,

If I used BF522 MCU on our design board , it need which u-boot for boot? Is u-boot for BF526?

If BF522 MCU's "DATE CODE" or  "LOT Number" are different, Does it need different U-boot?

Hank

every board needs its own u-boot board port.  please read the documentation:

https://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=bootloaders:u-boot

https://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=bootloaders:u-boot:porting

Does U-boot need to modify for different "Date Code" and "Lot number" ?

why would either of those values have any meaning to the part ?  if in doubt, consult the datasheet.
