My DAS U-Boot, running on a BF-537, is trying to initialize a Samsung K4S561632J-75 SDRAM

chip (4Mx16x4, 32M). My SCLK freq is 100MHz.  I'm having trouble getting it to work.

It has been working fine with the Micron MT48LC32M16A2P-75 chip (8Mx16x4, 64M), but I'm

switching over to the Samsung chip.

Does anyone have the EBIU _SDDRC, EBIU_SDGTL, and EBIU_SDBCTL init vals for this chip?

My new, current settings for these (which not be correct), for the Samsung chip, are:

EBIU_SDDCR:  0x0306     //((100MHz * 64ms)/8192) - (6 + 3)

EBIU_SDBCTL: EBSZ_32 | EBCAW_9 | EBE //32M, 9-bit Column Addr Width.

EBIU_SDGCTL: 0x0091.114d

Thanks,

I found the combination.  So, I'm good to go.  Works like a charm!
