Dear sir:

My CF card is a simpleTech  product,which support 3 mode:

1)  pc Card memory mode

2)  PC  card I/O mode

3)  True IDE mode

I see three definition  the uboot of blackfin ,

/* #define CONFIG_BFIN_TRUE_IDE */    /* Add CF flash card support */

/* #define CONFIG_BFIN_CF_IDE */    /* Add CF flash card support */

/* #define CONFIG_BFIN_HDD_IDE */    /* Add IDE Disk Drive (HDD) support */

Does the  CONFIG_BFIN_CF_IDE  is the option to support the PC card memory mode?

Does the  ide command support  the PC card memory mode of CF card?

thank you!

You can either use Common Memory Mode or True IDE Mode.

Make sure that your address strobe connection fits.

/*

* Add CF flash card support in Common Memory Mode (CF-IDE-NAND Card)

* This should be the preferred mode

*/

#define CONFIG_BFIN_CF_IDE

/*

* Add IDE Disk Drive (HDD) support

* See example interface here:

* http://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=linux-kernel:drivers:ide-blackfin

*/

#define CONFIG_BFIN_HDD_IDE

Don't use CONFIG_BFIN_TRUE_IDE since this implements some strange address mapping scheme.
