2009-05-20 07:51:43     can't load u-boot

Message: 74327

Hey

I just had upgraded my uboot. But I don't now if I saved it into flash.

When he was upgraded and booted, I tested if uClinux could work.

And it did. Then I must to reset the board to test something else with uboot. But I can't. I pushed the reset button and the board wasn't responding anymore. Even when I cut of the power it isn't respond.

I don't no what to do now.

thanks

hey

I can load the file. But in the docs stands that there must be a response from the board. And he doens't do that even when I push a button

This what i get:

jasper@jasper-desktop:~$ bfin-uclinux-ldr -l /home/jasper/Desktop/u-boot-bf537-stamp-uart-2008R1.5.ldr /dev/ttyS0 && kermit -l /dev/ttyS0 -b 57600 -C connect

Loading LDR /home/jasper/Desktop/u-boot-bf537-stamp-uart-2008R1.5.ldr ... OK!

Opening /dev/ttyS0 ... OK!

Configuring terminal I/O ... OK!

Trying to send autobaud ... OK!

Trying to read autobaud ... OK!

Checking autobaud ... OK!

Autobaud result: 115200bps 49.766mhz (header:0xBF DLL:0x1B DLH:0x00 fin:0x00)

Sending blocks of DXE 1 ... OK!

You may want to run minicom or kermit now

Quick tip: run 'ldr <ldr> <tty> && minicom'

Connecting to /dev/ttyS0, speed 57600

Escape character: Ctrl-\ (ASCII 28, FS): enabled

Type the escape character followed by C to get back,

or followed by ? to see other options.

----------------------------------------------------

follow the docs there must be this at the end:

-------------------------------------------------------

0

bf537> version

U-Boot-1.1.3-ADI (Sep 28 2006 - 16:16:44)

bf537>

When i do the troubleshooting. i've got the  two unprintable bytes.

thanks
