Hi everyone,

My logo display well in uboot. But it'll be disturbed when booting linux kernel.

I found the address of PPI DMA in uboot is in the region of "available memory" in linux.

So, how to make sure that the memory that is used for boot-logo by u-boot is not used by kernel till user program is loaded?

Yacobi:

This is normal/expected bevahour. Once U-Boot does the "Starting Kernel" - U-Boot is done.

The best thing to do is to stop the DMA in boot_linux in U-Boot.
