The power consumption confuse me. When I connected my CMOS sensor to the ppi port , power consumption gone up to 1.5w. Without the CMOS sensor connection, power consumption is just 750mW.. When I was debugging in VisualDSP, power consumption was 750mW.
Then I found that the u-boot configs the PPI as TX mode(We could see the logo of uClinux on bf527-ezkit board's LCD), so the dsp set the PPI port as output , as the same, CMOS sensor output data to PPI port. As a result , power consumption goes up.
How to config the PPI as RX mode in u-boot?

having a splash screen and PPI set to RX makes no sense. if you want to have the bf527-ezkit not use the PPI port, then disable the splash screen.
