Summary: In vs6624 camera test when mtd driver is enabled, after ffmpeg or v4l2_video_test is run, network becomes slow

Details:

 

In vs6624 camera test, after ffmpeg or v4l2_video_test is run, network to target board turns to be slow and there are error message from ethernet driver.

This bug will disappear when mtd driver is disabled. Config files are attached.
