Summary: musb with CONFIG_PM fails to build for Blackfin Linux 2.6.34.2

Details:

drivers/usb/musb/blackfin.c:401: error: expected identifier or ▒(▒

             before ▒do▒

This is beacause the save/restore functions are now set up in musb_core.h (line 494) in a fairly crappy way - with a per-platform ifdef.  This ifdef should at least be extended to include Blackfin, so that the code in blackfin.c will compile and thus musb_platform_reg_init() will get called.
