In bf518f-ezbrd board 1.0(silicon 0.1), wake up from mem can not work in 09r1 branch.

Pull down resistor is already applied.

Fixed in trunk and 2009R1 branch

Avoid MEMDMA error during suspend

BF518 Instruction SRAM is 32kB and not 48kB


I have a BF518-EZBRD V1.0 with a YAMACHI IC149 type QFP Socket.

On this board the RTC oscillator sometimes fails to startup.
