Follow-ups

--- Graf Yang                                                2009-10-26 22:38:46

This bug also existed on BF537-stamp board.

--- Graf Yang                                                2009-10-27 00:10:59

The get_blk_size ioctls is moved outisde from file_ioctl, its ioctl number

FIGETBSZ conflicts with BF_DMA_RUN. Now is fixed on trunk.
