Summary: SDIO mmc fails to work on bf518f-ezbrd board 0.2

Details:

On bf518-ezbrd board version 0.2, it fails to initialize with "error -84" for old testing SD cards, and for latest shipped SD cards from Robin, MMC card can be detected but we can not operate on it.

All SD cards works on bf518 board version 0.1.

Bellow is the log for the old testing SD cards:

SD shares pins with SPORT0,and by default,SPORT0 is enabled on the BF518-EZBRD.

In order to make SD card work properly,SPORT0 must be disabled.
