in bf527.h, cpuid = 0x27e4. But my bf527-ezkit 1.4 board with bf527 0.2 silicon shows that cpuid = 0x27e0.

Is this covered by IC anomaly?

I will find out.

Things should be fixed now.

BF523/5/7 == 27e0 (all revs)

BF522/4/6 == 27e4 (all revs)
