[#4541] breakpoint in kgdb would trigger twice

Summary: breakpoint in kgdb would trigger twice

Details:

 

breakpoint in kgdb through uart port would fails after serveral times on trunk head. When set break kgdb_test on host, cat /proc/kgdbtest on target sometimes would break 2 times, and sometimes would not stop at all.

Now it is always triggering to stop 2 twice at one breakpoint on the trunk

kernel and this is not exclusive to uart port, but also happens when through

ethernet port.

And before the second unexpected stop for the breakpoint, if you delete this
