Test of scratchpad_app_stack failed in SMP kernel.

Test script, build script and test source code are located at uclinux-dist/testsuites/scratchpad_app_stack.

This APP will fail when it run on CoreB, because it check the stack high/low

boundaries of CoreA.

then we need to update the test so that it only runs on core a

SMP kernel have closed supporting user app stack in L1 scratchpad, so this test

have been meaningless.

So don't run this test case for SMP test.
