Summary: For both trunk and 08r1 branch, system can't exit from standby mode with default power managment options

Details:

 

On BF537-STAMP, use default power managment options, system can't exit from standby mode. Below log is for trunk on BF537-STAMP. Attached file is the config.

This happens in both trunk and 08r1 branch.
