Summary: Kernel can't wake up from standby mode when cause Wakeup event by SIC_IWR value.

Details:

Build kernel with default options, in which Power Management is enabled and cause Wakeup Event by SIC_IWR value.

It can't wake up from standby mode.

Below is the log:

----

root:~> echo 'standby' > /sys/power/state

echo 'standby' > /sys/power/state

Stopping tasks ... done.

Suspending console(s)

----

For BF533-EZKIT/BF533-STAMP, the same problem happens.

For BF561-EZKIT, Power Management is not supported and kernel building fails with Power Management enabled.

Fixed.

Only RTC interrupt can wake up deeper sleep core.

For BF533-EZKIT and BF533-STAMP, set SIC_IWR to 0x80, tests pass.

For BF537-EZKIT, set SIC_IWR to 0x8, tests pass.

So close this bug.
