2011-08-03 15:00:37     shared memory usage not displaying with 'top'

Message: 102800

I am unable to monitor shared memory with 'top' on the Blackfin. (Blackfin uClinux release 2010.)

Process e-a-e has created 128 kilobytes of System V IPC shared memory with shmget().

Process e-a-s shares this memory and also accesses it.

Why doesn't 'top' display 128K shrd?

You may cat /proc/meminfo to monitor the memory information.
