Hi,

I downloaded the trunk for the distribution and kernel yesterday night( June 2, 2011, around 1900 hrs (GMT + 5:30)).

I wan to interface my Logitech Quickcam E3500 camera.

I tried to built it, but when I came to the V4L USB devices menu I could not find the Logitech Quick Cam Messenger option which was present in  2010R1-RC5. Both the screenshots have been attached (screenshots1).

Does, this mean that I cannot interface a Logitech Camera, or am I missing something and it has been clubbed somewhere else?

Also the trunk doesent seem to have menu option for blackfin cam (screenshots2). Does this also follow the Logitech case?

Regards,

Shekhar

    [media] staging-usbvideo: remove

With the new gspca v4l2 vicam driver, there is no more reason to keep the

old v4l1 usbvideo vicam driver around, and since that is the last

usbvideo framework using driver, the old usbvideo framework itself can

    go too.
