the MAC isnt stored anywhere in hardware.  you need to set it yourself.

You may try the ifconfig to change the network related settings, for MAC address, it's something like:

 

ifconfig eth0 hw ether xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx     man ifconfig for more details.

 

Another way is to simply change it in uboot command line by re-setting the ethaddr env
