simply change boa to listen on a different port, or perhaps only on localhost.  then have squid listen on port 80 and configure it to connect to wherever you have boa listening.

Thanks Mike and sorry for late reply

boa is listening on port 80(should i listen on ports above 1024???) and squid is also on port 80  i could not understand your sentence "configure it to connect to wherever you have boa listening." please can u elaborate(explain) it.

obviously you cant have two services using the same port.  whichever one you want the user to connect to should be listening on port 80 (presumably squid).  where you have boa listen doesnt matter as long as you configure squid with the correct address/port.
