My platform is bf537

 

The flash on my board is  nor flash of 4M . The flash size is too little, so I want to tftp vmImage into ram and run kernel in ram

 

But I met the problem as the following

you need to actually enable some mtd drivers if you want your rootfs in flash

 

please read the documentation:

drivers that are for the rootfs must be compiled into the kernel
