hello

I have a module with digital audio interface and I have never used digital audio, so you know this and embrace it as I see it as a linux device. The module consists of the following pins:

REF_CLK         output Clock

NC (FS_OUT)   input (Output) RX

REF_CLK         output TX

BITCLK           Input Reset

FS_IN             Input

RXDAI            Input

TXDAI            Output

Anybody could help me?. Thank you very much.

Greetings

Are you looking for hardware advice? or software advice?

Hello Robin

Thank you very much for responding ;-). In both, if you know Blackfin is capable of supporting this interface and uClinux is able to detect it as a device (example: / dev / dsp). Thank you very much.

Greetings

-Antonio

The answers depend on exactly what the device is - for hardware support - the best place to go is :

  forms.analog.com/Form_Pages/support/dsp/dspSupport.asp

Make sure you select " processor issue".

As for software - it depends on how the part is configured. (SPI, I2C  or over the Data pins)?
