Hi,

Following is the proposed configuration for BF527 based Network player Device.

-Internal USB controller to interface USB MSC Device

-External USB controller is used for USB WLAN 802.11n card

1. Are there any complexities in uClinux for two USB hosts in system?

2. Any issues in having Network device class driver in ext USB controller?

3. What will be expected throughput for USB WLAN (USB Control is High Speed device)?

5. What will be expected throughput for USB WLAN & USB MSC  when both are active simultaneously (USB Controller is High Speed device)?

4.Will there additional load on memory bus load when both internal USB controller/MSC & Ext USB Ctrl/WLAN is active both time?

Regards,

Sudhakar

Linux doesnt care how many USB controllers you use, nor does it care how exactly you hook up any device to any bus (network / storage / whatever).

of course there will be more memory loading when doing more stuff.  dont really see how you can expect anything different.

if any performance data exists, it's in the wiki.  if it isnt there, we havent done it.
