i think i can't totally understand the concept of "File-backed Storage Gadget"

at first,i think USB gadget means that the storage my system installed on acts a usb device which can be connect to PC.

BUT,after i read the docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php , i found my understanding may be wrong....

it seams to mean that copy a jffs2 or yaffs partition to a image...and share the image to PC as a DOS filesystem...

will it create another partion?does it mean the files on my storage will be stored twice?

can anyone help me?

thank you very much

Nicole
