I have an older bf537-stamp board which has a sclk of 125MHz and a newer board that has a sclk of 100MHz.. Did the previous owner change this? and is this done with uboot?

one would think you would ask the previous owner rather than people who have no idea what you're talking about ...

u-boot clocks are all controlled in the board configuration file.  none of it is dynamic.

the default settings in the released u-boot are a 500mhz CCLK and 100mhz SCLK for the bf537-stamp
