hai,

 

I am working on 2008R1.i configured the uBoot baud rate as 9600.But I cannot configure the uImge baud rate.Is there is any option to set the baud rate as 115200 for uImage in the 2008R1 distribution?

please describe *how* you're trying to set the baud rate.  we've tested this pretty extensively and know it works ...

In 2007R1 there is an option available in kernal window(Blackfin Processor Option-->Board Customization-->baud rate).but in 2008R1 there is no option like that.

use the standard kernel command line option to control the serial console settings.  that means console=....

 

the default u-boot already does this, and you can find documentation here:

linux-2.6.x/Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt

In the document they mentioned ,we have to give the baud rate like console=115200N8.

 

But i have doubt, In which path , i have to give this command

the kernel command line is controlled typically by the $(bootargs) env var in u-boot
