Ming Leung (CANADA)

Message: 53147    Is there a tool in uclinux that is equivalent to the "eeprom" function in u-boot? I want to do a in-system upgrade by writing a new uclinux image to the serial NOR flash.

thanks,

Message: 53153    first you need to setup the mtd stuff in your kernel and the partitions.  see this document:

http://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=enabling_jffs2

then just use the mtd-utils in the uclinux-dist ... you can find it under "Flash Tools"
