Low noise audio design requires the careful selection of a) low noise components (including low noise resistors, capacitors and transistors), b) care in the design of the grounding system, and c) well designed low noise power supplies.  Put it together correctly and one can achieve -130dBm or less of system noise.  Do the job poorly, and you get -85dBm.  Orchid’s been there, succeeding in getting the noise down many times before… and we can do it for you too.
