Where Can I Find the Most Recent Silicon Revision for Processors and DSPs?

Silicon revision history is always provided in the product's IC anomaly list, which can be obtained for all processors and DSPs by doing the following:

1> From the ADI home page (www.analog.com), type the product number of interest in the parametric search.

2> Select the product page from the search results.

3> In the product page's left-side navigation bar, click “Documentation”.

4> Select the “Integrated Circuit Anomalies” sort bubble to obtain the anomaly list.
