What is the default corner frequency of the ADRF6510 filters on power up?

The filters provide a six-pole Butterworth response with 0.5 dB corner
frequencies programmable through the SPI port from 1 MHz to 30 MHz in 1 MHz
steps. I do not know if the Filter has a default corner frequency on power up.
In my experience, it usually comes up in the 30 MHz corner, but we do not
guarantee that. It would act a little bit differently on power reset: whether
you were just in power down mode ( ENBL pin pulled low) or if VPS was taken to
ground.  I think if you reset via pulling ENBL low, the SPI register remembers
the last word written.  However, if you reset via the VPS pin it clears the SPI
port data (and it may reset to 30 MHz). The best practice is to write the
desired data to the SPI port on power up so there is no ambiguity.
