I want to evaluate the power consumption of ADN2814 for my design. I want it to
recover clock from data stream of 10Mbps. But the datasheet only gives the
POWER SUPPLY CURRENT @ 622.08 Mb/s is about 132 mA, I want to know how much
current would be needed, when the data rate is about 10-20Mbps.

The CDR will take little less power consumption when it locks to a 10Mbps
signal, however, the power consumption locked at the 622Mbps
Signal can be a good reference.
