ADL5387 & ADL5380 RF-IF isolation measurements

I am working up a couple of receiver designs based on the above quadrature
demodulator devices.

Neither data sheet provides any data on the RF-IF isolation which is a critical
parameter for device selection in my case.

Can you please provide plots of RF-IF isolation for both devices especially
over the  2 - 120 MHz frequency range?

At the minimum, can you provide the worst-case typical (if that makes sense!)
figures over this frequency range?

The measurement should go something like this:
1. Input to LO port = somewhere between 400 MHz and 1 GHz at 0 dBm.
2. Input to RF port = 2 to 120 MHz at ~-20 dBm.
3. Measure the direct leakage power of this input stimulus at both the I and Q
outputs and report the difference between input and output power in dB over the
RF input frequency range.

 

Please find attached the RF-IF isolation measurement results of both ADL5387
and ADL5380.
