I have different markings on each of my ADIS16445AMLZ  devices:
- ADIS16445AMLZ    1507    AD03141501    0042
- ADIS16445AMLZ    1507    AD03141501    0011
- ADIS16445AMLZ    1507    AD03141501    0109

Are these different revisions for each device?

These devices are all from the same datecode and lot numbers. The final 4
digits when combined with the Lot number provides a unique identifier for each
device. The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity,
bias, and alignment. As a result, each sensor has its own dynamic compensation
formulas that provide accurate sensor measurements. These are not revision
number but unique identifiers for each device manufactured.

I have outlined the numbering system below:

- ADIS16445AMLZ  1513        AD03191502    0045
(Part number)                      Datecode YYWW    Lot ID
(unique ID  for this unit based on LOT and Product ID)
