ADG412: Lower voltage supplies than specified

Can switches and multiplexers be operated  with logic power supplies less than
those specified in the data sheet, eg. with 3.3 volts.

 

Specifically the ADG412 is specified from 4.5 to 5.5V i.e. 5V +/-5%. If you go
outside this range then the device is not guaranteed to function reliably or to
specification.

Our ADG1212 is compatible with TTL levels (Vih = 2V minimum) and has no digital
supply pin - it is simply powered from the analog supply (+12V or +/-15V).
