How much current can I draw from the analog outputs? The datasheet does not
give values for the maximum recommended currents.

We do not specify a maximum amount of AC current that the part can supply,
rather we say that the part should be driving no more than a 2 kΩ load from
each pin of the differential output to ground, to get best performance. If the
load is more difficult to drive than 2 kΩ, the part will have increased THD.
You can calculate from your max output voltage across this load to get to a max
current spec, but remember that the part does not cease to function; the
performance will be degraded.
