AD9840: Operation at 20 MHz

I have two technical questions to the AD9840AJST (CCD Signal Processor):

The listed "CCD-MODE SPECIFICATIONS" are they valid in the range of
20MSPS...40MSPS or where are the MSPS limits for properly results (CCD-Mode
including CDS)?

Figure 17 "Recommended Circuit Configuration for CCD-Mode" shows a connection
between "AUX2IN (Pin 34)" and "3V ANALOG SUPPLY". Is this correct? We like to
use a 3.3V Supply to be compatible with our 3.3V Clock levels.

 

Although the specifications are for a 40 MHz operation, the chip will work fine
at 20 MHz too.
Also the 3.3V supply is not a problem, although our specifications are tested
with 3.0V.
