Can AD9763's NC pins (i.e. pin 33 & 34) be driven or must they be definitely
left floating?
We have the option to fit the AD9763 or the AD9765 on the same board. When the
AD9763 is fitted the DB0 & DB1 N/C pins (i.e. pins 33 and 34) are currently
driven logic '0' or '1'.

Attached are the bonding diagrams for AD9763 and AD9765. Pins 33 and 34 of the
AD9765 are bonded to the die. Pins 33 and 34 of the AD9763 have no bond wire
connection. Therefore pins 33 and 34 of AD9763 can be driven, as these signals
will have no effect on the operation of the chip.
