AD9739: FPGA selection

Since AD9739 supports input data rates from 1.6 GSPS to 2.5 GSPS using dual
LVDS data ports, what host processor can we use to send data to AD9739 and how
to connect the host processor for example a FPGA with AD9379? Could you please
provide a reference design.

 

For the AD9739 (and AD9739A and AD9737A), customers usually use a high end FPGA
like Xilinx Virtex 6 or Kintex 6 or Altera Stratix 4. We don’t have a reference
design for that, but we do have an AD9739A FMC card that plugs into a Xilinx
eval board like the ML605. Maybe that is a good place for you to start.
