Why is the Input Frequency Minimum for the Single-Ended Mode REF1 and REF2
AC-Coupled only 20MHz? Is this because off the automatic reference switchover
feature?

 

The issue with low input frequencies has more to do with AC-coupling than the
part itself. You could input 10kHz AC-coupled if you want to use 10uF
decoupling caps.
The input slew rate also affects the performance. However, if it’s a nice 10kHz
square wave, with huge decoupling caps, it’ll work fine.
