AD9236: About Aperture Uncertainty spec with regard to DCS

About the “Aperture Uncertainty” in the specification of the AD9236 datasheet,
there’s a description(see figure1). But I am not clear that this is tested
under DCS on or off. If it’s tested under DCS off and what it will be under DCS


The “aperture uncertainty” specification is “independent”  of DCS being on or
off due to the implementation of the DCS circuit. 
The DCS circuit let the “rising sampling edge” pass unaffected (thus no impact
on jitter) while changing the “falling edged” to get near 50% duty cycle for
the back-end ADC.
