Are there any limitations for the AD8629 when driving capacitive load of 10 nF
with 5V supply? If not, what are the limits?

 

There is some information in the datasheet about the tolerance of load
capacitance.

Figures 23-26 give the typical overshoot for 300pF and 50pF with no resistive
load.

Figures 27 and 28 show the percentage overshoot vs capacitive load for a 2k
Ohms resistive load. You can see that the instability becomes very significant
for load capacitance greater than 100pF.

Therefore I would expect that there will be serious instability problems if the
AD8629 is directly driving a 10nF capacitive load.
