QThe main question is, if the data for this component have changed lately.
According to older data sheets, the part had a frequency range up to 2.7GH with
60dB dynamic range.
New data sheets show a frequency range up to 3.8GHz and 65dB dynamic range.
Do the measurements or specifications have changed or something like that or is
the part still the same?
AWe stretched the specs on the AD8362 so that we could show it covering a wider
frequency range and to give it a bit more detection range. There were no
changes to the silicon. This was done as a stop-gap measure while wider band
devices were being developed.
For new designs, there are much better options than AD8362 such as ADL5902 or
ADL5906. These devices operate up to 8 and 10 GHz respectively.
