I want to use the AD8330 at Vs=3V.
I also want to use the Vmag pin to get the maximum gain out of this devices.
However the maximum gain is achieved for Vmag=5V but this is above the absolute
max voltage at Vs=3V.
Will it mean that I have to limit the Vmag to 3V and that the corresponding
gain multiplication factor is around 5 ? Is this the correct assumption ? So
gain can only increased by about 14dB instead of the 20dB mentioned ?

The gain multiplication factor of the Vmag input is unaffected by the supply
voltage, except insofar as the output swing is constrained by lowering the
supply voltage. The maximum input level of Vmag for linear operation remains
very near the supply voltage, and the maximum input voltage level remains at
Vs+200mV.
