AD8304: and its online tool use

I am using AD8304 and the online tool to test our circuits. I would like to
confirm with you that if the Intercept value mentioned in the online tool
should be fixed to 1e-10A, which is 100pA. And if the Iz mentioned in the
datasheet is different from the Intercept current. How is the relationship
between the two things? Could you please help to give some comments on this
issue?

 

100pA is the standard intercept current.  However, you can change the intercept
current with the choice of external resistors, please see page 11 in the
datasheet. Also I have attached a spreadsheet that helps with setting resistor
values to lower Intercept & increase gain, this may help more than the online
tool.
