How much cable can the  AD8079 drive? I am designing a video driver for coaxial
cable using the AD8079
chip. The cable length is 100 meters. Is the AD8079 suitable? What is the
maximum length supported?

There is no real limit as long as the line is terminated. If the cable is
terminated in its characteristic impedance then the AD8079 should be able to
drive an unlimited length of cable because the cable looks like a resistive
load. The AD8079 is not partucularly good at driving capacitive loads, and is
unsuitable for driving unterminated lines of significant length.
