DC isolation rating

I need to use AD215BY to sense voltage across a series resistor, primary to
secondary voltage encounter by AD215 is DC 1100V. the DC voltage bias is always
there in my application.

in the datasheet, the Isolation Voltage Rating is spec at AC60Hz, 1.5kVrms, do
i need to degrade this number when the isolation voltage is DC?

Please keep in mind that the AD215 is not specifically specified for DC,
however I do not see any reason why it would operate with the same (or better)
performance than it would if the Isolation voltage were at 60Hz.
