Q.

What is the insertion phase change of the ADL5330 as the gain control voltage is varied?

A.

The phase change versus gain variations can be determined using the s-parameters.  The attached .xls file has s-parameters for the ADL5330.  The top of the array has traditional single-ended 4 x 4 S-parameters, e.g. S11, S32, etc..  The bottom half, which requires quite of bit of scrolling down to see it, shows the mixed-mode (differential and common mode) S-parameters, e.g. SDD11, SDC21, etc..

 

If we extract the SDD21 entries for phase at the different gain levels (found in different tabs), then we will see the phase change due to the various gains.  SDD21 refers to the differential response at port 2 due to a differential signal at port 1. These are summarized for various frequencies and gain levels below.
